To use our services, you must:

• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify us of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Plans

Free Plan

Includes 2 AI interview sessions and basic features. No credit card required.

Pro Plan

Unlimited sessions at ₹199/month or ₹1,999/year. Auto-renews unless cancelled.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes
• Share account credentials
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious content
• Violate intellectual property rights

6. Intellectual Property

All content on CareerUplift is our property or licensed to us. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to use it for providing our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

CareerUplift is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee job placement or interview success.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Agra, UP, India.
